About
I’m Jordan Daly-Frey — Associate Partner at IBM Canada, where I work in consulting for the Canadian public sector.
I’ve spent my career at the intersection of technology and organizations: from ERP systems at the Department of National Defence, to Big 4 tech consulting, to leading teams that help government agencies modernize how they work and serve Canadians.
This blog is where I write about the things I’m thinking about — career development, AI in the public sector, leadership, and occasionally the personal stuff that shapes how I show up professionally. Some of these posts go back to 2013, when I was a co-op student figuring things out. I’ve kept them because they’re honest snapshots of where I was at the time.
Outside of work, I’m a runner, a former Toastmasters member, and a believer in lifelong learning.
